Katie Waller has over 30 years in the Real Estate industry. With years of experience in the Mortgage, Escrow, and Sales side of the industry, Katie has touched on all aspects of Real Estate and knows the business backwards and forwards.

Her personal care for her clients has been a staple in her career and has created a network of satisfied clients who have referred her business time and time again. Her open and honest sense of communication is always appreciated by those who work with her and has allowed both first-time and veteran home buyers to have a greater grasp of the details involved in the Real Estate process.

In addition to Real Estate, Katie spent 4 years as a marketing coordinator for a national firm which has allowed her to approach the Real Estate industry with a keen eye for how to market every property for its individual charm and character and has proven to be quite useful when representing properties with unique challenges or opportunities.

As a proud mother of three children and three grandchildren, Katie has always been family oriented and has strived to promote family values in all aspects of her business. She currently resides in the Sherwood Forest area of Northridge with her husband Howard.
